A deer that had fallen through a pool cover was recently saved by the Livonia Fire & Rescue, Michigan, United States.Police arrived first, then sought help from the fire department.The Facebook post of Livonia Fire & Rescue said, the deer had apparently fallen through a secured pool cover and, with the pool partially drained, was unable to get enough footing to climb out. Livonia Police officers arrived first and quickly requested our assistance.Also, Livonia Fire & Rescue advises pool owners that not all pool coverings are resistant to wildlife. Animals, including deer, may unintentionally fall into pools and get stuck. Check your pool cover on a regular basis and think about putting up an authorized wildlife escape ramp to provide animals with a means of escape in case they get into troubles.
