
An alligator appeared at a South Carolina resident’s front door on Jun 17. A resident of Moncks Corner reported that a big alligator was blocking their home’s front entrance, according to the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, WCBD News reports.Eventually, the alligator relocated to the driveway between the cars of the residents.The Animal Control Officer contacted the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources when Berkeley County Sheriff’s Deputies reported that the alligator was “significantly larger” than what BCSO Animal Control could safely handle under its regular capture limits.The alligator was successfully moved to a better site thanks to their combined efforts, according to officials.
