UN Security Council Meets to discuss women,Security,and Peace
Headlines- Iran's president and security chief met with senior officials from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Turkey, which comprise newly formed Mecca Alliance, in Tehran.
- Sheik Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the emir of Qatar, and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian are scheduled to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday in Moscow.
- The coalition led by Saudi Arabia that backs Yemen's internationally recognized government has launched airstrikes against Houthi-held areas of the country, including Sanaa, the capital.
- Israeli forces have raided Hebron, locked down the whole occupied West Bank, and killed at least five Palestinians in Gaza, including a seven-year-old girl.
- After finding that suspects connected to the deadly church bombing last week were hiding in southern Syria, Jordan said late on Monday that its air force had attacked military hideouts there.
