UN Security Council Holds a Meeting to Discuss Afghanistan’s Situation
Headlines- Iran is "desperate" to meet and discuss, according to US President Donald Trump, who also threatens to launch a "very heavy" attack on the purported new Iranian nuclear site.
- Iran's state media claimed on Tuesday that Iran's top joint military command declared that if the US hit Iranian nuclear sites, it would target the interests of the US and its allies.
- US President Donald Trump announced on Tuesday that the United States will permit direct flights to Lebanon, more than 40 years after direct flights between the two countries were halted in 1985, during the administration of US President Ronald Reagan, after the hijacking of TWA Flight 847.
