
The Tenterfield Terrier is a strong, active, and agile working terrier that was developed in Australia.The Fox Terrier and the Jack Russell Terrier are two of the terrier breeds that are considered to have been crossed to create the Tenterfield Terrier. They have a fairly long muzzle and a wedge-shaped head with a modest rounded skull.Tenterfield Terriers have short, smooth coats that vary in a range of colors like Black, white, blue, liver, and tan.They are 10 to 12 inches ( 20 to 30 cm) tall, weigh 3 to 4 kg (7 to 10 pounds), and average lifespan 10 to 12 years.They are active dogs, so they need regular excercise.They are loyal and affectionate and get along well with children.
