The Boise Police Department (BPD), Idaho, United States has charged two suspects with animal cruelty after they abandoned animals in a hot moving truck.A dog was allegedly confined in a moving truck, according to police, who were called to a truck stop in the 4000 block of S. Broadway Avenue near Interstate 84 last Thursday, July 23, shortly after 6 p.m. Heavy panting was heard from the rear of the truck, according to the first responding officer, KTVB7 reports.
