Rescued Dog from Cleveland Drain
A dog was safely rescued from a draining basin by Cleveland Animal Control officials and firefighters.The dog, named Ladda, was visible in the drain as a result of the help of Cleveland firefighters and Animal Control officers who voluntarily entered the basin and waded through the water.
