The medium-sized Shar-Pei dog has a broad muzzle, a bluish-black tongue, small eyes and ears, and skin folds on its neck, shoulders, and face.They are short-coated and come in fawn, red, black, cream, blue, and chocolate colors.They weigh 18 to 30 kg, are 46 to 51 cm tall, and their average lifespan 8 to 12 years.Shar-Pei are loyal, calm, confident, and reticent. They develop close ties to their families.Shar-Pei can get along with other animals if they are socialized from an early age.
