When a Michigan man won the $2 million top prize in the lottery, his habit of buying a Two Million Dollar Cashword ticket before a road trip paid off handsomely.He told Michigan Lottery,”“Every time I go on a road trip with family or friends, I buy a Two Million Dollar Cashword ticket to scratch on the drive.” According to him, he didn’t realized how many words he would find until he finished scratching the ticket throughout the drive. He thought he had won $10,000 after counting nine words a few times. However, a few minutes later, he found a tenth word.He recently went to the lottery headquarters to pick up the large payout. Instead of getting annuity payments for the entire amount, he opted to take his reward as a one-time lump sum payout of roughly $1.3 million. He intends to travel to Hawaii and make investments with his profits.
