Hungarian Vizslas and German Wirehaired Pointers crossed to create the Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla.The breed is a medium-sized, versatile hunting dog.Their double coat consists of a hard, wiry outer coat for protection and a soft undercoat for warmth.Their coat colors including sandy gold, russet gold. Males are 23 to 25 inches (58 to 63 cm) tall, females are 22 to 23.5 inches (55 to 59.6 cm) tall, males weigh 24 to 27 kg (55 to 60 pounds), and females are 22 to 24 kg (50 to 55 pounds). Their average lifespan is 10 to 15 years.The Wirehaired Vizsla gets along with children and pets when properly socialized.They can be ideal family dog.
