
A 2-year-old girl was pulled from the water at Versluis Park, Michigan, United States, on July 5 afternoon, and a bystander helped save her life by performing CPR.The bystander Mariza Mojica, told local TV station WZZM13 that she had gone to her van for lifejackets for her kids and when she came back, she saw a woman crying and looking in the water. Mojica said to have rushed over to help after seeing the woman, who was thought to be the child’s mother, by lift the unconscious two-year-old out of the water.The child was breathing and partially responsive when Plainfield Township Fire Department (PTFD) crews got there a few minutes later. The child was taken to the hospital by ambulance after emergency personnel took over the child’s medical care.Mojica said,” I wasn’t going to come to the beach today, but God told me to come.”
