The Doberman Pinschers are large dogs.They are eager to please, loyal, dedicated, and fearless, yet they are also alert, protective, and affectionate.The thick, close coat of the Doberman is smooth and shiny. Their coat colors may be black and rust, blue and rust, and fawn and rust. They are 24 to 28 inches (60 to 71 cm) in height, weigh 34 to 45 kg (75 to 100 pounds) for male and 27 to 40 kg (60 to 90 pounds) for female, and their average lifespan of 10 to 13 years.They need regular exercise as they are very energetic dogs.When socialized from an early age, Doberman Pinschers get along well with children and other pets.
