They have large, robust heads, muscular bodies.Their thick double coats shield them from the harsh weather conditions. Their coat coat color include gray, fawn, and white.Azerbaijan wolfhounds are 25 to 31 inches (66 to 80 cm) tall, weigh 45 to 60 kg ( 99 to 132 pound) and average lifespan 12 to 15 years.They are loyal to their owners and their family despite their protective nature.
