The ancient guardian breed known as the Armenian Gampr are the natives of the Armenian Highlands.They are protected from harsh weather by their thick double coats.This large breed has an average lifespan of 12 to 16 years and weighs between 49 to 83 kgs (110 and 185 pounds). Its height ranges from 25 to 35 inches ( 63 to 88 cm).They are loyal, intelligent, and confident. Due to their protective nature, they get along well with children and other animals.Armenian gamprs need regular exercise and mental stimulation as they are active dogs.
