An staff allegedly refused a LiHo customer’s request for less ice, causing her to hurl a drink into the floor and a bunch of straws at her.

The owner of the bubble tea chain in Singapore, Rodney Tang, posted CCTV footage of the incident online, Stomp reports.

The incident happened on February 9 at approximately 5:57 p.m. at the LiHo store in Hougang Mall. A customer wearing a blue shirt is pictured in Tang’s post standing at the pick-up counter with a drink in front of her.

As an employee comes to tend to her, the customer suddenly pushes the drink away, sending the cup falling to the ground.

The customer is then seen in the video snatching a handful of straws and throwing them at the staff member. When a woman in red tries to stop her, the customer lashes out, and the woman follows.
