On August 10, San Diago County Animal Services officers rescued a missing dog from a storm drain in Spring Valley.After going missing for over a month, Teddy, a 7-year-old Maltipoo, was rescued, ABC 10 News Sqn Diago reports. Around noon, her barks prompted neighbors to call San Diago County Animal Services officers to a storm drain. Officers after opening manhole cover rescued Teddy.San Diago county Animal Service officer Britney Myers said,”We have little straps on the back of our vests. My lieutenant hung onto me, so I could drop down into the hole.”Shortly after, Teddy’s owners were reunited with the dog.
