‘Stay of the Booze’ Judge Ordered Wales Man After His Arrest Over His ‘Threatening Behavior’

A Deeside,Wales, man was spared jail time for his threatening behavior in a city centre.Brandon Chamberlain,26, admitted his involvement in the Chester incident.

According to the media reports,the defendant from Leaches Close, Mancot, was instructed to “stay off the booze” by a judge at Caernarfon Crown Court today. She sentenced him to six months in prison with an eighteenth month suspension.

According to prosecutor Amy Edwards, Chamberlain was seen on January 17 in Chester’s Watergate Street. He was caught kicking another man on CCTV.
