On November 9, 2023, the National Commission for Women released the Her Legal Guide mobile application for women. The app focuses on specific Indian women’s rights and laws.This mobile application is educating women about their rights and serve as a new friend to them in trying times. It also includes information regarding women’s helplines. Both Hindi and English versions of the mobile application are available.

According to Section 10 of the NCW Act, the commission’s Complaints and Counseling Cell handles all complaints including domestic abuse, harassment, dowries, torture, desertion, bigamy, rape, unwillingness to file a formal complaint, spouse cruelty, deprivation, gender discrimination, and sexual harassment at work,whether they are submitted orally, in writing, or on their own initiative.
The Sexual Harassment Electronic Box (SHe-Box) is an initiative by the Government of India to give all women, whether they are employed in the public or private sector, organized or unorganized, a single window to register sexual harassment complaints.
