In a panic, patients fled the hospital, believing the building was generating noise, but it turned out that a mental patient was hurling objects.
According to Channel 7 News, Thailand, Security head Charlie Buakhao stated that the noise was not coming from the Chaiyaphum Hospital building in Chaiyaphum province,Thailand, on April 8, but rather from a 20-year-old mental patient who was brought in by family members for treatment. The patient lost his mind and tossed objects on the second story, making the noise extremely loud.
Some were even alarmed and concerned that it might be an earthquake similar to the one that struck on March 28.
