Police arrested a man in connection with the shooting murder of another man in Kearns,Utah,United States on Sunday after what seemed to be a game of teasing.Investigating manslaughter and firearm use by a restricted person led to the arrest of 23-year-old Ashton Jonathan Mann.According to the police,officers found 23-year-old Dylan Treichel unconscious on the floor of a detached garage with a gunshot wound to his chest. After being brought to the hospital, he died.Mann told the police at 8 PM, he and Treichel had smoked marijuana.Mann further said that they were talking about firearms.When Treichel said he could dodge a bullet,both men were wielding two separate handguns.Treichel jumped out of the way six times to show that he could dodge the bullet, then Mann pointed the gun at him, according to the affidavit.The gun went off for the last time, hitting Treichel in the chest. In order to help Treichel before the police arrived, Mann hurried inside to get his wife’s phone and call the police.After his hospitalization, Treichel succumbed to his injuries.
