
Tham Weng Kee, 67, of Singapore,entered a guilty plea to two charges, distributed an offensive picture and insulted someone’s modesty, according to media.
The man had stolen a number of undergarments from a clothes rack that a woman put in a corridor. He then left offensive letters and explicit photos of himself in some of the underwear for her to see. The court imposed a nine-week jail sentence on him.
During sentencing, six theft offenses and one charge of disseminating an offensive image were taken into consideration.Due to a court order, the victim’s name and the location of the incident cannot be disclosed.
