

Under the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights (CPCR) Act, 2005, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) takes complaints about any violation of children’s rights using the online Complaint Management System, Ebaalnidan.Apart from receiving updates on the progress of their complaint through email or SMS, the complainant can access eBaalnidan to view their most recent complaint status.The complainant’s identity is kept confidential.
The portal allows any person or organization to report violations of children’s rights. The complaint’s status can be viewed by the complainant. Complaints can be sent using eBaalNidan for free.
Check out for eBaalNidan.The user must have a working email address and a valid mobile number in order to register on the portal. The user must first register by providing the necessary details, like their name, address, and others. A user ID and password will be given to the user for login purposes following a successful registration. Once logged in, the user can make a complaint by providing the necessary details, including the type and category of the complaint, the date and location of the incident, victim information, the authority, and the action taken.
The user has the option to upload pertinent documents in PDF format related to the complaint.A complaint registration number will be issued to the user upon successful registration. The complainant can use this number to monitor the Commission’s progress in resolving the complaint.
