Clifford Vincenty, 50, was arrested by Solano County Sheriff’s Deputies on May 6 at a traffic stop in Vallijo, California, United States and they found half a pound of meth in his car. Charged with possessing a controlled narcotic for sale, Vincenty was taken into custody.
According to media reports,during a search warrant at Vincenty’s house the next day, the exotic animals, more than $2,000 in cash, and another pound of meth were found. It was thought that the meth was worth $26,000 on the black market. Violeta, the baby spider monkey, was transported to the Oakland Zoo after Animal Control safely removed the animals.JW Reptile Rescue took two rattlesnakes.
